I've seen and heard "dick-size war" used figuratively for pointless comparisons of or bragging about numerical characteristics like wealth or income, network device raw bit speed or computer storage capacity, top car speed or gas consumption, etc. but I don't remember ever seeing parallel terms like maybe "boob-size war" used that way*. Is that sampling bias, or is it really the only one used in English in that acception?

* Come to think of it, I don't remember coming across that specific term at all, literally or figuratively. The main context I've ever seen breast sizes mentioned is in relation to the difficulty of finding affordable, fitting, comfortable bras or related topics.

I haven't come across any equivalent either, I think for the cultural assumption that women generally do that kind of thing less so a word wasn't needed.

I've seen and heard the phrase "dick-measuring contest" used the same way, but I can't say I've ever seen an equivalent using female body parts. That said, on rare occasions I've seen "dick-measuring contest" used to describe women comparing numerical characteristics, even though it's more often used to describe something men are doing and has different subtext when it's applied to women!
